1. Scope of Services
We provide consultation, custom window covering fabrication, smart home integration, and installation. The specifics of your project are documented in a written proposal or invoice. Any changes, including product substitutions or schedule updates, must be confirmed in writing.
2. Quotes, Orders & Payment
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
- A deposit is required to start production on all custom work.
- Final balance is due upon delivery or installation. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the site footer.
- Sales tax and delivery fees apply where required by law.
3. Scheduling & Installation
Installation dates are scheduled once products arrive in our warehouse. We will notify you of any manufacturer delays. Please ensure access to the installation site; missed appointments may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. Warranties & Maintenance
Manufacturer warranties apply to motors, fabrics, and control systems as stated in your product documentation. Our installation workmanship is warrantied for one year. Normal wear, misuse, or alterations void these warranties.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned. Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins; otherwise, you are responsible for incurred costs. Stock accessories may be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
6. Privacy & Data Security

7. Liability
Miami Smart Blinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or project delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable goods or services.
